Hey whats up guys we have the brand new Xiaomi Mi4 with us today.\r
Thats gonna be selling on Flipkart.com starting February 10th here in India.\r
And I am gonna give you quick tips and tricks or hidden features that you probably did know about this device.\r
Now I know some of this some of you might be knowing.\r
But then even if you can learn one or two new tricks then this video hopefully would prove helpful.\r
So lets get started.\r
The Mi4 comes with Mi Ui 6.\r
I have the box with Mi Ui comes many improvement.\r
But Mi Ui mainly stresses on use of gestures and other things.\r
For example you might already be knowing that you know dragging from the right will bring the camera.\r
So thats not a really tricoti.\r
But one good thing is at times when you suddenly need to find something in the dark.\r
And you want your LED lights to on and you are in such that you cannot go in to the apps and widgets and everything.\r
Just press this Home key and hold and you see that LED light is on now.\r
There you see.\r
Now if you leave it its gonna switch off after two seconds.\r
But if you hold it then its gonna be on till you hold the home button out here.\r
Now there is a catch here now.\r
The moment it ya now see it sleeps.\r
The moment it sleeps now if you leave its gonna stay on till you press the power key.\r
But if you press and hold this and switch on before the phone goes in sleep.\r
If you leave it lets say I will just leave it the screen dims ya see.\r
Now it goes off because I left pressing the home screen the home button before the screen goes to sleep.\r
So thats one OK one thing you have to really take care of.\r
Now once you are in the home screen you can swipe in of course to bring out the menu here.\r
Because Mi Ui 6 ually did away with the menu button like the Kitkat.\r
And more like you know pressing this would ually bring recent app menu.\r
But pinching in there you see it brings in the menu button here.\r
But then if you pinch in with three fingers it straight way brings in all the home screen.\r
Where you can add the home screen or you can make home screen your you see primary home screen.\r
You just go here you can swipe them around and stuff.\r
So two pinchs and three pinchs.\r
As I showed you that pressing this will ually bring you the recent app menu and not the menu per say.\r
But in the settings I mean you go here and go here you can say buttons.\r
And then you can customize your whole lot of buttons around here.\r
There you see the recent.\r
Now it says I its a show menu that part is on now.\r
When that part is on that part is on ually by default you can switch it off.\r
Now when you long hold its gonna bring that same menu.\r
Now when its you long hold inside in any app.\r
If there is an applicable menu there then from this button when you long hold.\r
You will see the menu.\r
Also there is not you know so much of hidden feature now.\r
The small icons if you wanna see what are exly inside those apps.\r
You can see where your leaving those apps.\r
For example I am on the home screen of the Play Store and I am on the setting home screen.\r
Basically you see a bigger card like card based and then here icon based.\r
Still tricky make it bigger and smaller but thats quick nifty little trick.\r
Now we come to the the camera and camera you already must be knowing if you know Mi Ui that is all gesture based.\r
And the moment you drag from the right you get the filters and the moment you drag from the left basically right and left depending on how you are holding the phone.\r
So if I am holding the phone here like this then it would be right or left otherwise it would be up or down.\r
But you know when in Landscape mode if you drag it from the top basically ya it changes to front camera.\r
Now there you see.\r
The trick is not to drag from the top because you gonna drag down from the navigation.\r
So drag down or up from anywhere to switch between the front and back camera.\r
Now I am gonna show you nice thing that I havent seen in many devices.
